Comment:

 This has been discussed various places off list since this ticket, however
 just to update:

 1. Transifex does not allow maintainers per-resource, and only for the
 entire hub
 2. The EFF developers have been contacting the localization coordinator
 (me until recently) to fix string issues, and this process seems to be
 working for the people involved.

 Please re-open if anything is incorrect.
