https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1411401#c24 is relevant. As
we still have users hitting this bug we could think about solving it as
Jacek mentioned, especially as I moved to the current mingw-w64 commit to
get this fix for free (I did not realized tha this was not the case).
