 As I said elsewhere 26393#comment:1 ,

 > jsha is still marked as the default owner when he no longer works on it
 and works on Let's Encrypt instead.

 Tim said that this would need permission from 26393#comment:2 :

 > either the old or the new owner to approve the change.

 So legind please confirm.
