Comment:

 By "it says", I assume you mean "the website that I went to says"?

 This could be a case where the website is broken, and/or the website can't
 do what you hoped it would do without using some functionality in the
 browser that Tor Browser disabled for your own safety.

 Can you give clear instructions on how to reproduce your error? Otherwise
 there is no hope of figuring out which it is.
