 The http://nic.secure/ website has the following text:

 > Amazon Registry Services is excited to present .SECURE — a new TLD
 >
 > Information on the .SECURE space, registration policies, and launch
 dates will be forthcoming.

 The copyright date on that webpage is 2016 with no indication the page has
 seen updates since.

 Wikipedia has no further information on this TLD.

 https://www.amazonregistry.com/ does not mention .secure at all.

 I am closing this ticket, as the goal of it is currently unachievable.
 There are probably many gTLDs that Tor would fit into, but we don't need
 to collect them all.
