 Replying to [ticket:26906 juga]:
 > It still not in Debian archive and afaik, only packages in Debian
 archive will be also available in deb.tpo to avoid having unmaintained
 packages.

 The network team will maintain sbws, if it passes our acceptance criteria.
 (It must work on the network, and it must work better than torflow.)

 Sometimes we need to make decisions, even if we can't reach consensus.
 When we don't have consensus, we let the people who are most involved
 decide. In this case, that's the sbws developers, sbws operators, and the
 debian package admins:
