Comment:

 We are disabling `mailto:` by setting `network.protocol-
 handler.external.mailto` to `false`. Otherwise the user gets a dialog
 asking which tool they want to use to deal with `mailto:` links. Is that
 what you expect? Or do you want to have some different behavior?
