 '''Problem''':
In a FreeBSD port, it is needed to allow to start tor with user _tor.
Currently, the package has to append ''"User _tor"'' during startup to the
''etc/tor/torrc'' that is generally edited by the user.

While this works, automated updating ''etc/tor/torrc'' is ugly. It is ugly
because it makes ''torrc'' different from the original ''@sample'' file,
and because it is an error-prone process. User might delete/modify this
 line.

 '''Proposed solution''':
 Add ''--torrc-values {|-separated torrc values}.''
This argument will be parsed and will initialize values that are normally
set in the ''torrc'' file. The process' user (in my case the startup
script) will supply ''--torrc-values "User _tor"'' which will nicely take
effect in addition to what the user set in the ''torrc'' file.
