 It's easy to search for when a weird flag is present: like NoEdConsensus.

 It's impossible to search for when a vote does not have a flag other
 places think it should, like the proposed DescriptorMatchesConsensus in
 #24862

 If we printined a hidden "!DescriptorMatchesConsensus" (Or a struckthrough
 DescriptorMatchesConsensus prefaced by a hidden !) we could search for
 that scenario easily with Control+f
