 While the bandwidth reporting intervals have decreased, consensus weight
 graphs for 1 week are still available and for older relays, they even have
 bandwidth graphs available for 1 week.

 We should consider which time periods should be supported. In the last
 change, 3 days and 1 week were both removed from Relay Search and so even
 if the data exists it's not possible to display these anymore.
