 No Npcap loopback adapter installed. Still getting daily crashes.
 Happening pretty much anytime the system comes out of hibernation. Also
 happening at random whenever Tor browser is being used (just comes up with
 the same popup box as shown in the attachment). Updating bios didnt change
 anything. Ran virus scan, too. Still no change.

 Not sure if this is anything, but this Tor is set to use transport type
 obfs3. However, looking in the task list, I see "obfs4proxy.exe". What's
 up with that?
