 I made some more progress on the guide. The setup instructions for each OS
 are also tested now.

 - I'd like to change the title from "The Ultimate Guide to Running a
 Relay" to "The Tor Relay Guide". Any opinions on that?
 - I'd would like to make the page readonly for the first 3 days after you
 announce it on twitter and/or blog
 - I'd like to have a subcomponent on trac for this guide, is that
 feasible?
 - I considered iptables/PF out of scope
 - I'll send an email to tor-dev and ask for reviews and feedback
