Comment:

 On the current website page https://blog.torproject.org  at the bottom
 right is an RSS link which you can click on with regular Firefox or TBB.
 That goes to a page that asks you how you want to subscribe to the feed.
 When i clicked Subscribe Now button it added a LiveBookmark icon to my
 bookmarks toolbar which displays new Tor blog entries - not comments.  So
 maybe problem is fixed now or worked around or obsolete.
