Comment:

 1) This isn't true, it's working for me; 2) This is the Tor Project's
 bugtracker, and not DDG's bugtracker (actually they're very uncooperative
 when I asked them 2 times what config they had their onion setup with, and
 I'm still waiting for an answer).
