 Looking at the ticket again, I think if you're going to say 5GBytes/s
 without saying what *kind* of bandwidth, then the percentage should just
 be out of a single number: the total of those numbers.

 Like, if Germany provides 5GBytes/s of traffic, whatever that means, and
 all the other countries sum to 95GBytes/s of traffic, then the percentage
 would be 5%.
