Comment:

 Single onion services use multi-hop paths to upload their descriptors, but
 these paths do not share a guard. (EntryGuards is 0.)

 So I think this is an annoying logging bug, rather than anything serious.
 If they ever stop building circuits, let us know. That is a problem we
 should fix.
