That is my point, why put that in the consensus then if you support
"nothing" but claim a Tor version that is recommended? We stopped putting
"non Running" relays in the consensus, an empty "pr" line is as good as
that if you ask me.
In other words, dirauth shouldn't put relays in the consensus that we
can't simply use.
