 Rework storage related parts, i.e. those technologies governed by the
 quota manager (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Web/API/IndexedDB_API/Browser_storage_limits_and_eviction_criteria)
 as they are supposed to be bound to the URL bar domain see:
 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1405884#c2 (even if disabled
 by default in PBM).
