 Don't know if the code for the circuit display will get rebuilt from new
 after the new UX refresh, but if it's not then this issue may be worth
 fixing.

 1. Open your Tor Browser.
 2. Open https://tails.boum.org/
 3. On the same tab type https://rbm.torproject.org/ and press enter.
 4. Click on the back button.
 5. Click on Torbutton, circuit display shows information about
 torproject.org circuit and doesn't refresh itself to show the information
 for the actual page the tab is in.
