 Hi David. Thanks, and in general I'd agree with you but there's been
 enough interest in v3 Onion Service support I'd be fine making this into
 the tracking issue. Adjusting the ticket title to reflect that.

 As mentioned on the list I probably won't get to this for a week or two.
