 The download page is being redesigned. Have a look at this ticket:
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/24131#comment:4

 This is happening right now and it won't take too long before it will be
 online. You can already check out the staging for the new tp.o
 https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging
 The downloads pages aren't there just now but they will be in the next few
 days (or hours).
 Please have a look at the mocks and see if is this something that we can
 work with.
