 Dictionaries are now WebExtensions, but Mozilla forgot about compatibility
 settings (as in lpks). See https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon
 /spanish-spain-dictionary/versions/
 Also would you be so kind to bundle appropriate dictionary with every
 locale?
