Changes (by traumschule):

 * Attachment "tb8a5_obfs4_offline.png" added.

 TB 8.5a5 (with 0.3.5.5-alpha) had bootstrapped without bridge in a
 previous session. After unplugging the cable, activating the obfs4 bridge,
 restarting, the progress bar jumped quite far so it looked like it nearly
 established a connection while instead the network was unreachable.
