 == Problem 1

 `ControlPort`'s value can be set to address:port though `man torrc` says
 that only port can be specified.

 == Problem 2

 Option `ControlPort` can be set few times to bind to different
 "address:port"s. This is also not documented. Other options which can be
 set multiple times are explicitly documented with a statement like
 {{{
 This directive can be specified multiple times to bind to multiple
 addresses/ports
 }}}
 for `SocksPort`.
