when starting to translate new resources, once I add them to transifex I
see new corrections to be made, I also import strings from my local files,
 etc.

I try to save some work from the translators, but they receive a
notification of 'new resource to translate' immediately, and so they enter
and see all the broken strings etc...

After a timely suggestion from Erin (LocLab), I will work on creating a
 sandboxing project in transifex.

This sandboxing project will have no notifications to the users. I will
upload the resources there first, do importing and corrections,
testing...and when it is ready I will move it to the other projects, and
the translators will receive the notifications.

Another thing we can use the sandboxing for, is to review and correct the
source strings. I plan to enroll some more transifex contributors on this.
They often do corrections to the source strings, so I can ask them for a
first review and add those changes on the sandboxing project instead of
 correcting afterwards.
