 I created the list, see https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-
 bin/mailman/listinfo/tor-employees
 Currently it has pretty much default settings. So Erin please either set
 some custom values or specify what you like and I'll do it for you.

 However I'm unsure where to make the entry at
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/emailLists
 Could one of you please clarify what kind of list it will be?
 Announcement, discussion, etc.?
