 `extensions.lastTorBrowserVersion` are both `8.0a9`

 Also for me. They are defined to `8.0a9` in `profile.default/prefs.js`.

 If I remove those prefs from `prefs.js`, the browser doesn't try to update
 anymore (and the logs show that `8.0a10` is used in the update URL).
