Comment:

 There aren't many IPv6 users, or IPv6 guards, so as of 2018, Tor over IPv6
 is less anonymous than Tor over IPv4.
 Please add this information to the FAQ entry.

 The default goes at the end of every man page entry. Please add your new
 sentence in the middle. And it might be worth saying "also set
 ClientUseIPv4 0".

 Also, you've submitted pull requests for two different components on the
 same ticket. These components have different committers. Please open a
 separate ticket for each component.
