 I was able to reproduce the issue on an Ubuntu 17.10. But because version
 8.0a9 doesn't start, we can't test the update from 8.0a9 to 8.0a9.1.

 I tried updating version 7.5.6 to 8.0a9.1, but nothing happens when I
 click on the "Restart Tor Browser to Update" button, and I see this in the
 logs:
