 Whenever I open a page on Tor, the browser keeps refreshing pages although
 they are already loaded. This makes the browser unusable, because I cannot
 use any pages.
  On regular browsers such as IE or Firefox I do not have this problem. The
 version that I use is the most up-to-date on 15/8/18. My settings are that
 I have disabled Javascript and my security settings are set to 'safest'. I
 have looked this problem up already on the internet, but I have not come
 across such a thing. Moreover, I have reinstalled the browser multiple
 times to make sure that it is not a software bug or that I do not have the
 most up-to-date version.
