 I was also able to observe this again.  Today, two separate Tor clients,
 located on two separate networks, tried to access the same hidden service.
 It turns out that they both ran into the looping behaviour when they each
 tried to access what appears to be an introduction point 185.22.172.237.

 I am attaching 30-minute segments from both log files here, as
 debug.A.log.gz and debug.B.log.gz.
