 I think I'd prefer that new things be ISOTime2 (the one that is YYYY-MM-
 DDTHH:MM:SS) -- I consider the older format (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS) to be
 legacy.  The rationale for the newer format is that, when possible, it's
 often nice to have no spaces inside data items.
