 Oh oops, I misread an earlier comment that we **had** a STATUS_SERVER to
 tell us when our address changed. Seems that's not the case. I'll probably
 file another ticket in a bit to request that. In the meantime I'll give
 this some more thought (maybe we'll just add a TTL, like what we do for
 cached addresses).
