Comment:

 We discussed this ticket today and decided to add two new fields like
 `"geoip_date“` and `"as_date“` to details documents to include last-
 modified dates of the geoip files. (We also briefly talked about simply
 adding these fields to the response header, but given that a response may
 include details documents that were written up to 1 week ago, that
 approach seemed wrong.)
