Comment:

 I don't find this specific graph very useful. It basically only shows when
 the bridge authority had trouble  for a day or two and did not report a
 single running bridge. But that's not as interesting for most users, so we
 should rather not add a graph for this. Closing this ticket, but also
 commenting on #15594 where this graph originally came from. Thanks anyway!
