Comment:

 Heh, right, the change log entry could be better. How about: "- Remove all
 styling resources (fonts, CSS, etc.) from directory listings."?

 Regarding the internal release, I'm not sure. Wouldn't that be confusing
 with external releases? Should we have both in parallel?

 And isn't this just a deployment decision? For example, collector2 didn't
 use any of these styling resources at all.
