 FWIW, I just
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/collector.git/commit/?id=6e300b5e4961110b174e2be521e5a82902294809
 kicked out all of CollecTor's webapp stuff], which was one of the goals of
 this ticket. CollecTor's directory listings are still available, but
 they're generated by Apache without any additional styling provided by us.
 This seems fine to me, given that we don't expect the average user to
 browse that website anyway.
