Comment:

 Oh dear... hmmm proposal 224 makes IPv4 *mandatory* in order to extend to
 the relay and seems in this case you have IPv6 only?...

 Is this something we want to allow right now or should I say simply
 possible to have NO IPv4 for a relay?
