 Yes, you guessed correctly.  I removed my comment on the wrong ticket and
 added it to #22983.

 True, then just wait and add this topic to the team meeting.
 The changes could go in both directions, i.e., changes to the spec could
 need implementation changes.  But, very likely these will be small.

 This is the best way to go about this.  Maybe also add a link to the
 metrics mailing list on the beta-page for questions and concerns, in case
 user without a tor-dev-ml subscription view the page.
