 You can disable that already today if you want by disabling all the
 fingerprinting protections (`about:preferences#privacy` -> Change details
 that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users). There won't be a
 single pref just for the rounding of timestamps, though.

 Thus, as mcs indicated, it is much better if we can track this bug down
 and fix it properly.
