 Tor relays have ed25519 keys, but there is no way to add them to the torrc
 (or the hard-coded configs compiled into tor).

 Tor accepts at least 3 types of hard-coded relay lists in its configs:
 * Directory Authorities
 * Fallback Directory Mirrors
 * Bridges
