 I've compiled tor-0.3.0.10 in an alpine:3.6 docker container, the complete
 source is available from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/svengo/docker-
 tor/master/Dockerfile. Everything is fine but make test failed:

 I don't know if that is the same bug as #20988 and #21416.
