 Thanks for running a relay!

 If it has the HSDir flag, it is being used as an HSDir.

 Very little uses the DirPort anymore -- it's all done with an encrypted
 connection over the ORPort, to get better security.

 For more details, see the dirserv_thinks_router_is_hs_dir() function in
 src/or/dirserv.c.
