 As I mentioned this in comment:3 above where it came to mind again, but it
 really is a topic unrelated to metrics-bot except that metrics-bot would
 be a first client: we should consider supplying an Onionoo JSON API.
 As a first step only internally, i.e., for merics-bot, and later maybe
 public.
