 We should investigate how Tor behaves with regards to some of the battery
 subsystems on the Android platform (doze and other "backgrounding"
 mechanisms).

 Figure out a way to reproducibly collect measurements on battery usage and
 compare with former results to see if we are making progress. This might
 be difficult to do in a fast manner (let's see how short a period of time
 we can run this).

 Results might be difficult to reproduce between different devices so it is
 important that people can run this themselves on their own devices and
 compare the results with their own formerly collected results.
