Comment:

 CollecTor now retains `"bridge-distribution-request"` lines. Example:
 https://collector.torproject.org/recent/bridge-descriptors/server-
 descriptors/2017-10-26-08-09-00-server-descriptors (URL will go away in a
 few days, but descriptors will be contained in tarballs)

 Goal is added to the roadmap for long-term goals.

 I believe that resolves everything on this ticket. Closing. If something
