 The text that is in Tor Browser today on the first screen people see is:

 Based on what you said, I think it is okay to keep this in the browser.

 The bridges and proxy help text is where `frontdesk at ...` was mentioned,
 but that text is still under discussion. Probably we should point people
 to the same `#support` URL from the help screens too though.
