 When I SSH to my relay running Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS relay running Tor
 0.3.1.7, I use the command "service tor start" and nothing happens, I
 check my notice logs and it is not running. The only way I can get it
 running is to type "tor" click "return" and then termate Terminal. "I do
 not think that is how I should start tor"
