 And, moria1 reappeared in the consensus an hour later.

 Current best theory: moria1 restarted and published a new descriptor, but
 the previous descriptor was recent enough and similar enough that the dir
 auths dropped the new one as cosmetic. Then some hours later moria1
 noticed that it had fallen out of the consensus, and published a new
 descriptor, which (possibly on the first try, possibly after several
 tries) was then accepted.
