 In `tor-browser-build.git/projects/firefox/mozconfig-windows-x86_64` we
 have a mozconfig file that is used for the Windows 64 builds. We should
 add it to `tor-browser.git`, maybe as `.mozconfig-mingw-windows64`, before
 removing it from `tor-browser-build`.
